Malcolm Maclauchlan brings decades of dedicated landscaping expertise to the San Antonio area. Originally from Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Malcolm's journey began in Cibolo, Texas, in 1994. After graduating from Samuel Clemens High School, he quickly rose through the ranks at a local landscaping company, starting as a versatile team member and becoming foreman. In 2008, his commitment and skill led to a successful partnership with Gary Alford. For nearly 30 years, Malcolm has been instrumental in delivering exceptional landscaping, tree trimming, and lawn maintenance services, building lasting relationships with clients across San Antonio and its surrounding communities.

Gary Alford is a seasoned professional with a rich history in the landscaping industry. With a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southwest Texas State University and a real estate license, Gary brings a strong business acumen to his work. He established Alford's in 1975, expanding into tree trimming in 1979. In 1987, he brought his expertise to San Antonio, founding Southern Landscaping. His extensive experience and dedication to quality service have made him a trusted leader in the San Antonio landscaping community.
